Terms of Use

Effective date: October 19, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to the Habitor app for iPhone ("Habitor", "the app") and this website. By downloading or using Habitor you agree to them. Habitor is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA); these terms add to it. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.

License to use the app

Habitor is licensed, not sold. You may use it on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its art, music or other content, except where the law allows it.

Purchases & the 7-day trial

  • Full Hunter License. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full game on your Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • 7-day trial. A free in-app item that unlocks the full game for 7 days. You are not charged when it ends; the app switches to the free license and keeps your progress. It can be started once per Apple Account.
  • All payments, refunds and purchase restores are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to restore an existing purchase.
  • Content and features may change in updates. We'll aim to keep what you paid for working for as long as the app is offered.

Not medical advice

Habitor is a game and a habit tracker. It is not a medical device and does not give medical, fitness or nutrition advice. Talk to a professional before starting a new exercise, diet or sleep routine, and listen to your body. Data read from Apple Health is only used to clear quests on your device.

Content & conduct

Habitor is a work of fiction. Monsters, places and organizations in the game are imaginary, even where real-world locations such as Seoul appear as settings. Quest names and other text you enter stay on your device or in your private iCloud. You are responsible for what you write and for any backup files you share.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that data can never be lost. Export a backup from Settings from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Habitor. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Habitor after that means you accept the updated terms.
